Job Description: Agency Vertical This role primarily focuses on building and managing a network of insurance agents to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and deliver excellent customer service. Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess agents' sales performance and provide guidance to meet targets and improve efficiency.Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance/financial services sector. Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on motivating and guiding agents. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with agents and clients. Sales Oriented: A goal-driven individual with a passion for achieving sales targets. Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree (preferably in business or a related field).Compensation: CTC up to 4.50 LPA (Fixed + Incentives based on performance).
