Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to introduce and sell company products/services. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Deliver scripted sales pitch and adjust messaging based on customer responses. Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally and effectively. Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving conversion rates.

Responsibilities1. Answering and explaining the product and services offered by the company.2. explaing existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.3. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.4. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their requirements.5. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.6. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.7. Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.

Language Required: Candidates should possess Fluent in English with Hindi / Malayalam / Kannada/ Telugu Calling to the customers to remind their due date of instalment. Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the payments. Explain the consequences to customer on not paying on time. Provide the options of payment channels for making the payment. Fix appointment for the field collections team if customer asks for collecting payment from home. Follow up with the customers till the payment is received.
