Talk to staff or clients through a series of actions, over the phone, to help set up systems orresolve issues. Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports Support theroll-out of new applications. Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs. Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate). Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time. Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, suchas software developers. Test and evaluate new technology.Primary Requirement: BCA, BSc IT and Computer Science with 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant or any technicalsupport field. Communication - Good language skills in English and should be interactive with the team. Well versed with Excel.
