🎯 role summary

we are hiring a sales head / sales architect who will become the core pillar of our sales function. you will:

build and lead your own team (field + telecallers + referral network)

drive both strategy and execution of all sales and marketing activities

be fully responsible for lead generation, onboarding, conversion, and revenue tracking

collaborate with founders to align execution with growth strategy

🔧 key responsibilities

🛠️ 1. sales team building & leadership

hire, train, and manage field executives, telecallers, referral managers

structure performance routines: kras, payout systems, review dashboards

deploy field sales systems and sops based on zones, categories, and lead channels

🚀 2. strategy + execution ownership

launch and operate acquisition schemes: weekly earn bonanza, open referral program

segment the market into msmes, hnis, retail, and drive custom strategies

close high-ticket service deals and set up partner/vendor acquisition plans

📣 3. marketing-aligned sales initiatives

plan local and digital campaigns, referral drives, event promotions, and partner outreach

coordinate with marketing team for creatives, reels, scripts, outreach content

use both traditional and digital routes to fill the funnel and drive visibility

📊 4. tracking, reporting & milestone management

own the lead-to-conversion funnel, incentive mapping, and closure metrics

prepare weekly dashboards and present performance vs. revenue targets

drive structured feedback loops to improve schemes and field performance

experience 7 - 12 years in strategic sales, team building, and execution

leadership proven ability to build and manage teams from scratch

industry preferably from service, fintech, consulting, or compliance-based background

execution ground-level exposure to fieldwork, schemes, incentives, closures

mindset ownership, high accountability, resourceful, action-driven
