Job Overview

We are looking for result-oriented Sales Professionals to join our growing team at . In this role, you will not have to worry about cold calling; we provide you with high-quality leads. Your primary responsibility is to engage with these leads, explain the value of our recruitment services, and successfully close the deal.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: Connect with pre-qualified leads provided by the company and understand their hiring requirements.

Service Pitching: Effectively communicate the benefits of services to potential clients/employers.

Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections professionally, negotiate terms, and guide the client through the payment/onboarding process to close the deal.

Relationship Management: Maintain a positive rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Reporting: Keep an accurate record of daily calls, follow-ups, and closed deals in the company CRM or tracking sheet.

Requirements & Skills

Strong Communication: Fluency in English and local languages (Telugu/Hindi) is a plus.

Persuasion Skills: A natural ability to convince and influence decision-makers.

Self-Disciplined: Since this is a Work from Home role, you must be highly motivated and capable of meeting targets without constant supervision.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp, Zoom, and basic CRM tools for daily operations.

Experience: Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or tele-calling is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
