Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and Upwork bidding. The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying business opportunities, converting leads into clients, and maintaining long-term relationships, especially in a digital/e-commerce services environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation:Identify and generate qualified leads through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online channelsResearch potential clients and market trends to build a strong sales pipelineInitiate outreach via proposals, emails, and messagesUpwork Bidding:Actively bid on relevant projects on UpworkWrite customized, high-converting proposalsHandle client communication from initial contact to deal closureMaintain a strong Upwork profile and track bidding performanceClient Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsUnderstand client requirements and coordinate with internal teamsEnsure client satisfaction and repeat businessHandle follow-ups, negotiations, and closing dealsSales & Conversion:Convert leads into paying clients through effective communicationMeet monthly/quarterly sales targetsNegotiate pricing and close deals profitablyRequirements:2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roleProven experience in Upwork bidding and lead conversionStrong communication and negotiation skillsExperience working with international clients (preferred)Basic understanding of digital services (Amazon, e-commerce, marketing, etc.) is a plusAbility to work independently and meet targetsRemote EST Time Zone Full-Time Internship
