Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead recruitment, retention, and development initiatives to ensure the organization has top talent.Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive work environment, promote engagement, and enhance employee experience.Performance Management: Design and implement performance systems that drive accountability and employee growth.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards; mitigate HR-related risks.Employee Relations: Manage conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.Benefits & Compensation: Develop competitive benefits and compensation programs to attract and retain talent.Training & Development: Oversee programs that enhance employee skills and professional growth.Plant HR Operations: Support plant-level HR activities, employee relations, and compliance.Industrial Relations: Manage union negotiations, collective bargaining agreements, and labor disputes.Worker Relations: Maintain positive relationships with workers and manage feedback and grievances.Safety & Health: Ensure workplace safety compliance and promote health initiatives.Plant-Level Policies: Develop and enforce plant-specific policies aligned with organizational goals and labor laws.Requirements:Proven HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and industrial relations.Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.Ability to drive HR strategy across multiple levels of the organization.
