This is a full-time role for a Medical Representative. The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the companys pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. Key day-to-day tasks include meeting with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to discuss the benefits of our products, providing product samples, and answering any queries related to the medicines. This role is on-site and located in Karnataka. We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. Responsibilities Include Responsible for generating sales from the designated area within Bangalore city. Generate and convert leads for new outlets in the given territory. Visit outlets as per plan and generate orders. Responsible for primary sales. Train the new retailers in using the Saveo app for placing orders. Resolve customer complaints and maintain an effective communication channel betweenthe customers and the company. Communicate and successfully run schemes and promotions designed by the company. Provide market feedback and assist in developing our market share in all product categories.

B2B sales, 7 to 10 store visits in a day to be done. Onboard retailers, Merchant acquisition (Kirana/Grocery stores).Follow up on orders placed by onboarded customers.

Needs to visit local shops and onboard them on the application on mobile . Experience in Phone pay , Gpay , etc will be an added advantage.Should have Bike and DL
