JOB DESCRIPTION1) Well Educated in Any Degree / Diploma2) Minimum Experience of at least 1-2 year in REAL ESTATE.3) Generate inquiries clients.4) Calling Clients.5) Meeting Clients.6) Good in Client Follow-up.7) Visiting Sites/Projects with clients.8) Negotiation for client with builder.9) Closing sales.10) Must have proven records of previous sales performance.

Understanding property requirements of prospects through emails or phone and providing relevant data/ information about existing clients/new projects. Coordinate with clients by giving them various investment proposals, briefing them about the product, convincing the customers for site visit. Regular coordination with builders/brokers and maintaining healthy relationship with them. Providing after sales support to the clients and maintaining healthy relationship with them Exploring the new investment avenues through Market Research.
