The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar sales, specifically in Off-grid and On-grid solar systems. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent sales skills and a proven track record in the solar industry.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets in the assigned region.- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in both Off-grid and On-grid solar markets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.- Manage and train junior sales staff, if required.- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Requirements:- Minimum 2 year of solar sales experience in Off-grid and On-grid solar systems.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driving license.- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.Education: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
