Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Academic Counsellors to join our team in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their career and learning requirements, and converting qualified leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Counsel prospective students regarding upGrad's courses and programs.

* Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.

* Handle leads through calls, follow-ups, and other communication channels.

* Achieve admission and conversion targets.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.

* Maintain accurate candidate/student records in CRM.

* Provide a positive and professional counselling experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Minimum 2+ years of experience in EdTech Sales / Academic Counselling is mandatory.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong convincing and counselling abilities.

* Good sales and negotiation skills.

* Stable career history with reasonable tenure in previous organizations.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
