Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and a graduate degree. This full-time, office-based position is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Client Engagement:** Reach out to potential clients to understand their needs and present our products effectively. Building trust and rapport will be key to closing deals.

2. **Sales Targets:** Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. You will need to be strategic in your approach to meet and exceed these goals.

3. **Market Research:** Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences. This will help you identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.

4. **Reporting:** Prepare weekly sales reports to track your progress and analyze sales patterns. This will aid in decision-making and strategy adjustments.

5. **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing team to improve promotional efforts and support other sales initiatives.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service is necessary. You should be self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently while also being a team player. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills will be advantageous. Your ability to adapt and learn quickly will contribute to your success in this role.
