Role Description This is a full-time position role for a Telecaller located in Indore. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outgoing calls to prospective clients, explaining products and services,and answering any questions they may have. Additionally, they will maintain client databases and ensure accurate and timely data entry.Qualifications Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.Ability to work in a fast - paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced.Highly motivated and target- driven individual with attention to detail.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
