B2B & B2C Sales/Marketing.Searching new customers, follow up existing and new client.Analyzing their requirements and providing appropriate solution.Conducting lighting audit. Promoting Brand through Electrical architect/consultant/Electrical contractors.Good knowledge of Tendering, Ecommerce websites (Flipcart, Amazon), Institutional sales, IndiaMart & Trade India etc.

Job description : Roles and Responsibilities:- Understand the market in which company operates and contact /arrangeMeeting with potential clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;To work at the site/office and report to sales head. To show sample flat/flats along with landscape garden, clubhouse, etc. byHighlighting the planning aspect, amenities, location & advantages of the projectTo fill the enquiry forms along with the name, telephone no. etc.To interact with the project manager and other site staff for the possession dates, progress and changes proposed by customersCoordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and demand letter ,collection call , preparing agreement ,disbursement of funds.Send daily sales report and daily activity report to Head office and coordinate with the reporting head on daily basis.Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs.

Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.Researching prospects and generating leads.Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.Managing the sales process through specific software programs.Building and maintaining a CRM database.Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Participating in sales team meetings.
