We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Mgmt. Trainees/BDE's to join our enrolment team. The Mgmt. Trainees/BDE's will be responsible for identifying and pursuing enrolment opportunities, building and maintaining parents relationships (Prospective and Existing) and achieving Enrolment targets.Prospecting and Lead GenerationIdentify potential parents and leads generation through market research and networking.Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies to generate new enrolment opportunities.Sales and Revenue GrowthManage the complete enrolment cycle, from initial contact to closing enrolment.Meet and exceed enrolment targets and quotas on a consistent basis.Present and demonstrate our School/Academy to potential Parents.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.Provide exceptional customer service and support.Sales Reporting and DocumentationMaintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.Analyze data and market insights to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Working with leads generated organically or by paid marketing through various channels Calling potential prospects or enquirers and converting them into business. Processing all customer documentation for company formation and other certification purposes as per the business needs.

Job Responsibility*Roles and ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain a Database of referring Doctors, Hospitals, Clinics etc.Establish regular contact & engage with entire referral channel through personal visits, events, communication, etc.Achieve targeted revenues through referrals to Hospitals.Conduct outreach clinics to showcase Hospital capabilities in the community.Report daily work, events, campaigns on the company CRM
