Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards during thecustomer lifecycle like Welcome, Loan Sanctions, Collections, Agreement and handoverof possession- Maintaining Customer Master Data Base by validating customers details received fromSales Team.- Monitoring and ensuring the compliance of beneficiary verification under PMAY process- Establishing connect with Customers by Welcome call / letter. Verification of the bookinginformation, KYC validation, information about payment schedules, loan process,Agreement process, due payment before registration etc.- Coordinating with various banks to get APF approval in order to facilitate the homeloans to customers.- Coordinate with bankers and assist customers to get the Home loan sanctionedwith minimum possible interest rate, Processing Fee and Insurance premium.- Responsible for Seamless coordination between Sales, Home loan, Registration,Disbursement, Collection and possession teams- Responsible for Demand generation, Collection of due payments, Cheques validation,preparing ledgers, Debit & Credit Note creation, Cancellations, Registrations and refunds- Attending customers to resolve their queries and ensure 100% satisfaction with theadequate resolution to the query related to legal, home loans, registration, demands,construction stages, taxation etc- Prepare various reports on daily, weekly, quarterly and monthly basis.
