Responsibilities:Field Work:Conduct outreach and field visits to engage with clients, schools, and educational institutions.Represent the company in community events and workshops to promote CareerNaksha's services.System Work:Manage and update client databases, track interactions, and maintain records in the companys CRM system.Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to improve efficiency.Client Handling:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
