Responsibilities:
Field Work:
Conduct outreach and field visits to engage with clients, schools, and educational institutions.
Represent the company in community events and workshops to promote CareerNaksha's services.
System Work:
Manage and update client databases, track interactions, and maintain records in the company’s CRM system.
Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to improve efficiency.
Client Handling:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
