Shift Shift Timing: UK Shift (1pm to 10pm) This is a full time positionLocation This role is based in Calicut, Kerala. No remote workingSalaryRs. 15,000 to 30,000 per month + lunch allowance + performance bonusResponsibilities Recruit for roles in healthcare, pharma and life sciences in domestic and international markets Source candidates through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calling, emails, social media, WhatsApp Groups, Telegram Groups, third party job sites etc and build a strong talent pipeline Liaise with sourcing support teams to register and activate candidates on the ATS Follow-up with passive candidates and activate their accounts Create job descriptions based on client requirements Understand client needs and fulfil them Collect candidate documents, review and prepare for submissions Route any new opportunities to the appropriate business development executives Run webinars, speaker sessions etc to source new candidates Persuade candidates you interact with to follow our social media channels Update daily activities in the CRM and ATS Following up on billing Meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIsRequirements Bachelors degree in Engineering or other discipline 6 Months to 3 years experience in medical and/or non-medical recruiting Hands-on experience in working with US/UK recruitment Knowledge of healthcare / pharma / life sciences terminology Familiarity with ATS platforms and different sourcing channels Proactive and excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Malayalam, Hindi Strong attention to detail Strong personal and professional ethics
