Responsibilities:
Drives applicants through sourcing and networking
Develop talent pipelines through social media, networking directly meeting the prospective candidates and attending job fairs and calling prospective candidates
Build and maintain network of potential candidates internally and externally by developing relationships
Manage and screen incoming resumes
Travel to assigned locations to build relationships
Headhunting for getting the correct candidate.
Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Experience in field recruitment
College recruiting and job fair experience is an added advantage
Should belong to the local area or have local area knowledge.
