Responsibilities:
ï¬Drives applicants through sourcing and networking
ï¬Develop talent pipelines through social media, networking directly meeting the prospective candidates and attending job fairs and calling prospective candidates
ï¬Build and maintain network of potential candidates internally and externally by developing relationships
ï¬Manage and screen incoming resumes
ï¬Travel to assigned locations to build relationships
ï¬Headhunting for getting the correct candidate.
ï¬Requirements:
ï¬Good communication skills.
ï¬Experience in field recruitment
ï¬College recruiting and job fair experience is an added advantage
ï¬Should belong to the local area or have local area knowledge.
ï¬Any college degree
