Field Recruiter

Responsibilities:

Drives applicants through sourcing and networking

Develop talent pipelines through social media, networking directly meeting the prospective candidates and attending job fairs and calling prospective candidates

Build and maintain network of potential candidates internally and externally by developing relationships

Manage and screen incoming resumes

Travel to assigned locations to build relationships

Headhunting for getting the correct candidate.

Requirements:

Good communication skills.

Experience in field recruitment

College recruiting and job fair experience is an added advantage

Should belong to the local area or have local area knowledge.
