Job Overview

FracSpace Private Limited is seeking a Customer Cultivator to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Cultivator, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business in new and existing markets. This role requires excellent communication skills, customer engagement, and sales strategy to cultivate and nurture relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and be able to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients. This is a Full-Time position with a preference for candidates located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Experience in customer engagement and relationship building

Strong sales strategy and negotiation skills

Familiarity with cold calling and lead generation techniques

Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks

Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in any field

Note: As per sales delivery candidates will have sufficient amount of incentives(variable part)

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement customer retention strategies

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth

Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team

Inside Sales Pre Sales Executive Work From Home
• Responsible for lead generation through various lead generation platforms like rent portals, social media platforms

• Lead creation in CRM

• Responsible for out calling and making the initial contact with the lead Qualifying the leads

• Lead qualifying the assigning to the respective sales team

• Understanding the customers' requirement and suggesting the best options available

• Assigning the property visits/ inspection to the field sales team

• Lead Follow up and Closures

• Customer document completion

• Property listing in website and rent portals

• Responsible for end-to-end lead management

• Taking feedback from the field sales on lead assigned

• Identifying the lead gap status and highlighting it to the respective stake holders

• Handling the inbound calls of Owner, Tenant & home service sand assigning it to the respective team members.
