We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales Manager HVAC Pumps with 812 years of experience in the HVAC or related mechanical systems industry. The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical and market knowledge of pumps, a strong B2B sales background, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the HVAC segment.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales of HVAC pump solutions to consultants, contractors, MEP companies, and end users.Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and sales negotiations.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Provide technical support and guidance to customers during pre- and post-sales stages.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to shape sales strategy.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, service, applications) to meet customer expectations.Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development updates for management.Key Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).812 years of relevant experience in HVAC pump sales or a closely related domain.Strong technical knowledge of centrifugal, booster, and other pump systems used in HVAC applications.Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably with MEP contractors, HVAC consultants, OEMs, or facility management companies.Established network within the HVAC industry ecosystem.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
