Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:- Providing technical consultation & support to the internal sales and customers (for Infrastructure, Networking and Cloud-based solutions)- Participating in the customer engagement & pre-sales activities (i.e.: designing, specification, implementation, testing, training, deployment, etc.)- Involving in tender processes (from requirement gathering, proposal submission to tender awarding)- Serving as a subject matter expert, addressing technical related activities/ incidents/ escalations/ maintenance activities, etc.- Delivering quality results on-site and on post-engagement- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.Requirements:- Candidate must have at least 3 7 years of professional working experiences in handling pre-sales activities for IT Infrastructure, Networking, security, and Cloud-based solutions- Experienced managing/ implementing/ supporting/ troubleshooting Network & System Infrastructure- Proficient with Office 365 as well as Routing, Switching, Wireless, products etc.
