Job Summary: The Rental Sales Manager will oversee the Hiring of Gensets from 15 KVA to 1250 KVA for HyderabadKey Responsibilities: Managing rental sales related documentation, payment management, managing stock and placing orders for depleted stocks Arrangements for marketing activities like road shows, exhibition stalls, online lead generation activities, Joint activities with freelancers etc Managing genset installation services and supervising execution as per site requirements Interaction with clients to understand and resolve their grievances and ensure their positive feedback Studying the market, understanding and targeting upcoming govt and private projects in Telangana and actively approaching the same to generate enquiries and orders. Also targeting existing corporate clients who are taking gensets on rental for upcoming branches. Ensuring active participation in GEM to get orders through tenders Segment-wise sales targeting for retail, govt, corporate, infra structure & Construction segments Coordination with service team, accounts team and administration dept for smooth transaction Preparing weekly reports on various sales activities like enquiries generated, quotations sent, orders converted, new dealers approached, lost orders, new segments approached, tenders bid, registrations done, targets for upcoming week Using existing network to generate DG rental enquiries to meet the quarterly rental order targets Managing regular follow up with Corporate clients through tools like Emails, Whatsapp messages and Bulk SMS Meeting direct clients with immediate requirements to close deals for rental Develop network with electrical contractors and service centres to generate enquiries Qualifications: 5+ years experience in Genset sales/rental Proficient in using sales software and tools Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Bachelors degree is mandatory and MBA will be preferred Resident of Hyderabad Existing working relationship with reputed corporate companiesShould be willing to travel to sites to handle exceptions and manage customer relationships
