Marketing Communication Sales Executive
We are seeking an experienced Manager to join in the Medical Tourism Industry. As a Manager, you will be responsible for the international marketing of our medical tourism services and ensuring the successful conversion of patients into our healthcare facilities.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team to achieve business targets. Onboard doctors and conduct consultations, meetings, and maintain relationships with doctors. Audit and discuss patient medical reports and provide appropriate guidance. Schedule patient appointments and provide timely reminders. Coordination with hospitals for VIL, VISA, tickets, and travel intimations. Provide treatment estimations, negotiate costs, and offer discounts. Onboard and establish contacts with domestic and international partners. Analyze leads, follow up, and ensure conversions. Offer and coordinate tertiary services to patients. Maintain relationships with patients and conduct follow-up calls. Collect patient testimonials and video feedback. Generate business through patient and doctor referrals. Conduct daily meetings with the team on arrivals and conversions.Requirements: At least 3 to 6 years of experience in Medical tourism, Hospital, International marketing, or Sales. Proficient in patient conversion, team management, and doctor onboarding. Strong knowledge of treatment estimation, negotiations, and cost analysis. Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships with patients, partners, and team members. Knowledge of the travel industry, visas, and related documents. Experience in generating business through referrals and managing a team to achieve business targets.
