role and responsibilities:

lead generation:

- conduct thorough research to identify potential customers including students, writers, and other relevant audiences.

- generate leads through multiple channels such as linkedin, social media platforms, and emails.

customer engagement:

- initiate contact with inbound users via calls and emails to establish a connection.

- conduct presentations and meetups to demonstrate the benefits of desklibs products, highlighting how they can assist students and other users.

customer relationship management (crm):

- assist new clients in the onboarding process, ensuring they are well-informed about desklib's offerings and know how to utilize them effectively.

- gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service delivery.

- actively seek referrals and strive to maximize the number of referrals received.

social media leads gathering:

- utilize social media platforms to gather leads and expand the customer base.

required skills:

- proven experience in sales, preferably with a background in dealing with international clients.

- exceptional communication skills, with fluency in english.

- demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads through various channels.

- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- familiarity with crm tools and social media platforms for lead generation.
