The ideal candidate will bring strong recruiting fundamentals, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and prior Talent Acquisition experience in Sales, Operations, or Technical roles. This position requires high energy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements during US business hours.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordinationSource candidates through- LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search , networking, and internal databasesConduct initial screening calls to assess communication skills, role fit, and technical or functional alignmentUnderstand technical roles and screen candidates against defined technical requirementsCoordinate interviews, share feedback, and ensure continuous candidate engagementPartner with internal teams and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring prioritiesMaintain accurate candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment metrics using ATS and sourcing toolsMeet recruitment performance metrics such as outreach volume, interview scheduling, and closuresEnsure timely, professional, and clear communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring processRequired Qualifications:Bachelors degree in any discipline1 4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage candidatesHigh energy, learning mindset, and performance-driven attitude
