We are looking for a Senior US IT Recruiter with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team in Sector 63. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and securing top-tier IT talent for our clients in the United States.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Talent Sourcing:** Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking events to build a strong talent pool.
- **Candidate Screening:** Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for open positions, ensuring only the best are shortlisted.
- **Client Interaction:** Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide updates on candidate progress, maintaining a strong relationship throughout the recruitment process.
- **Job Posting:** Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract suitable applicants, ensuring clarity and appeal in the descriptions.
- **Recruitment Analytics:** Track recruitment metrics to analyze the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve overall hiring processes.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or be a Company Secretary. You should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with candidates and clients. A strong understanding of the US IT market and recruitment processes is essential. You must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
