Job Description

As a Senior US IT Recruiter, your main goal will be to identify and attract top IT talent for our clients in the United States. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and help build a strong technical team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Talent Sourcing:** Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to find qualified candidates for IT positions.

- **Candidate Screening:** Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.

- **Interview Coordination:** Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

- **Client Collaboration:** Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, providing updates on candidate progress and market trends.

- **Offer Negotiation:** Assist in negotiating job offers, ensuring both client and candidate expectations are met.

- **Database Management:** Maintain an organized database of candidates, ensuring that all information is up to date for easy access.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. You must have 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience, specifically in the IT sector. Strong communication skills are essential, enabling you to interact effectively with clients and candidates. A good understanding of the US IT job market and technical roles is required. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems will be an asset. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
