The ideal candidate will bring strong recruiting fundamentals, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and prior Talent Acquisition experience in Sales, Operations, or Technical roles. This position requires high energy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination
Source candidates through- LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search , networking, and internal databases
Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication skills, role fit, and technical or functional alignment
Understand technical roles and screen candidates against defined technical requirements
Coordinate interviews, share feedback, and ensure continuous candidate engagement
Partner with internal teams and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment metrics using ATS and sourcing tools
Meet recruitment performance metrics such as outreach volume, interview scheduling, and closures
Ensure timely, professional, and clear communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor-s degree in any discipline
1 - 4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage candidates
High energy, learning mindset, and performance-driven attitude
