**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Manage the recruitment process:** You will oversee the entire hiring process from job postings to interviews, ensuring each step is smooth and efficient.
- **Source candidates:** Actively search for potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- **Screen resumes:** Review and assess applicants' resumes to shortlist the best candidates for further evaluation.
- **Conduct interviews:** Engage with prospective employees through interviews to evaluate their skills and cultural fit within the company.
- **Build relationships:** Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and ensure alignment in the hiring process.
- **Maintain records:** Keep detailed records of recruitment activities, candidate progress, and hiring metrics to improve future recruitment strategies.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
- You should have 1 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, demonstrating a solid understanding of recruitment processes.
- Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with candidates and team members.
- You must be organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects at once.
- A proactive mindset is vital to seek out innovative sourcing techniques and stay ahead in the competitive talent market.
