Employee Relations:- Address employee grievances and provide support to resolve conflicts.- Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities and maintaining an open-door policy.3. Training & Development:- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.- Facilitate training sessions on HR policies, company culture, and other relevant topics.4.
