Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting and hiring for various verticals (voice/ non-voice). Supported onsite in newly established branch in Jaipur as HR Generalist. Coordinating with Stakeholders on daily basis Supported new Project hiring in Bangalore . Worked on Lateral Profiles Collaborated with hiring Managing end to end recruitment through all channels(Vendor, Direct, Accenture Career Page, Social Media, ER and also the inhouse sourcing team)Conducting preliminary interviews, process specific assessments, salary negotiations.Maintaining MIS reports of the candidates and sharing regular updates with the business about the hiringstatus.Dealing with Stakeholders on daily basisFamiliarity with HR databases, Workday, SmartRecruiters (ATSs) Abacus and Candidate Management Systems.Managed end to end recruitment delivery, understanding the business requirement and delivering FTs within TDOC so that business doesn;t face a hit on their cost.Managed post recruitment related activities like rolling out offer letters, arranging for pre-employment verification,background verification and issuing joTalent pipelining for future hiring needs.Ensure Client requirements are met on each assessment done and ensure the right talent is offered.Able to work independently and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.Saburi TLC Worldwide Pvt Ltd, GurugramTeam Lead - Individual Contributor Responsible for Frontline and lateral hiring for various verticals. Ensure Smooth Manpower Availability as per production plan with regards to customer planning. Manpower Planning & Deployment Audit Employee Counseling, Training & Motivation. Preparation of Training Needs & Identification by Skill Matrix. Preparation of Competency & Skill development schedule & syllabus Preparing Training Calendar & Coordinating for Trainings with Departments Setting KRAs & PMS with Different Department HODs . To prepare MIS on Daily Basis To manage complete cycle from Hiring of manpower to the Payroll Processing System implementation and innovation on shop floor. Taking care of process and improvement to prevent the accidents. Responsible for 5S in Company Premises. Absenteeism and Attrition analysis & corrective action. Member of Various Committees (Canteen,Works,Transport ,Sports,CSR Etc ) Conduct Openhouse Session for workers & Staff. Handling & Implementation of TPM & 5S at shop floor

To look after all the functions related to Recruitment, Selection, Performance Appraisal, Retrenchment and Placement according to company policy. Providing, arranging of executive class hygienic food for employees, and weekly planning of mess & canteen menu. Arrangement of equipment, utensils for hygienic food service. Vehicle management, arranging of Bus & multi utility vehicle for pickup & dropping of staff & worker to site. Coordinating with site staff for site requirements & effective transportation. Coordinating with Camp Boss for Housekeeping activities of camp, guesthouse & office block, floor maintenance, furniture maintenance, wash room maintenance, pest control activities etc. Management of sports & gym facility for staff & worker inside the camp. Provide uniforms to the employees as per company policy. Preparation and monitoring of administrative budget. Coordinating, organizing the Suggestion & Kaizen Scheme & Suggestion Meeting in every week and organizing Open House Programs. Policy formulation and Implementation. Conduct the meeting between staff & worker. Counseling of employees.
