Setting KRAs & PMS with Different Department HODs .

To prepare MIS on Daily Basis

To manage complete cycle from Hiring of manpower to the Payroll Processing

System implementation and innovation on shop floor.

Taking care of process and improvement to prevent the accidents.

Responsible for 5S in Company Premises.

Absenteeism and Attrition analysis & corrective action.

Member of Various Committees (Canteen,Works,Transport ,Sports,CSR Etc )

Conduct Openhouse Session for workers & Staff.

Handling & Implementation of TPM & 5S at shop floor

Experience : 3 - 8 Years

Education : Any Bachelor Degree, B.B.A, B.Tech/B.E, Post Graduate Diploma, M.B.A/PGDM
