Roles &Responsibilities Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline Manage on boarding and new hire process Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations Help to structure the job description. Serve as a bridge with work organizations, affiliations and agencies.Qualifications for Recruiter Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Experience in IT and Non IT recruitment.Working HoursMon-Sat, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Alt Saturday off)
