Roles &Responsibilities
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Manage on boarding and new hire process
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
• Help to structure the job description.
• Serve as a bridge with work organizations, affiliations and agencies.
Qualifications for Recruiter
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Experience in IT and Non IT recruitment.
Working Hours
Mon-Sat, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Alt Saturday off)
