As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department's initiatives and contributing to a positive workplace environment. Your key responsibilities will include:- **Recruitment Support**: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to ensure we find the best candidates for our teams.- **Onboarding New Employees**: Help in the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and ensuring that new hires receive the necessary training and support to integrate smoothly into the company.- **Employee Record Management**: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and attendance, ensuring that all data is accurate and confidential.- **Policy Implementation**: Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, making sure all employees are aware of and adhere to company guidelines.- **Employee Engagement**: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture and strengthen team relationships.For this role, you should have a bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. You need to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, and having knowledge of HR software will be an advantage. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are crucial for success in this position.

Candidate should take care of time office, attendance, leave management, taking care of files maintenance, preparing appointment letters, emailing to branches. Preferable candidate from secunderabad and hyderabad.

We have immediate openings for HR and Recruiter Roles. Minimum 1yr of experience as a HR/ Recruiter. Some of the skills are sourcing, screening, shortlisting, validating resumes, onboarding, internal hiring, employee management etc. Interview mode: F2F. Candidates preferred: Hyderabad and surrounding areas. Notice period: who can join within 2 weeks.

Consult with leaders, hiring managers and human resources team on position descriptions,requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies.2. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.3.
