Job Description

As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department's initiatives and contributing to a positive workplace environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Recruitment Support**: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to ensure we find the best candidates for our teams.

- **Onboarding New Employees**: Help in the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and ensuring that new hires receive the necessary training and support to integrate smoothly into the company.

- **Employee Record Management**: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and attendance, ensuring that all data is accurate and confidential.

- **Policy Implementation**: Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, making sure all employees are aware of and adhere to company guidelines.

- **Employee Engagement**: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture and strengthen team relationships.

For this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. You need to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, and having knowledge of HR software will be an advantage. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are crucial for success in this position.
