Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources policies and programs. They will handle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures. This role is primarily located in Gandhinagar, but offers flexibility for some remote work.QualificationsExperience in human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administrationStrong knowledge of HR practices and employment lawsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience in handling HR software and systemsAbility to work independently and remotely

- Design compensation and benefits packages- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360- evaluations)- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees- Monitor HR departments budget- Manage employees grievances- Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software - Measure employee retention and turnover rates- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
