Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Field Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team in day-to-day field operations. The role involves coordinating with customers, supporting sales executives, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: - Support field sales executives in achieving sales targets and business objectives - Coordinate with customers for orders, follow-ups, and service-related queries - Assist in order processing, and dispatch follow-ups - Conduct market surveys and collect competitor information - Ensure timely communication between sales team, office staff, and customers - Handle basic customer complaints and escalate issues when required - Prepare MIS reports and submit regular updates to the reporting manager Desired Skills & Competencies: - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Basic understanding of sales processes and field operations - Ability to coordinate and multitask efficiently - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area - Customer-focused and result-oriented approach Qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline (preferred) - 1-3 years of experience in field sales support or sales coordination - Experience in steel industry is an advantage - Local market knowledge will be an added advantage
