HR Executive (Recruitment)Any Graduate / Diploma in Human Resources Minimum 0 Year Maximum 2 Years experience. Responsible for End-to-end recruitment. Understanding the hiring requirements. Experience in finding, screening, and hiring candidates for a company. Duties include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. Scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates. Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates. Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices.Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks.Experience in sourcing the candidate's various portals like Naukri, Shine, etc.

1) Filling positions within an organization, Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.2) Developing own network of suitable candidates and Handling of administration with record-keeping.3) Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan and executing recruitment plans efficiently.4) Drafting and posting job descriptions and Preparing job offers and Networking with various institutions and social media.
