Scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates. Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates. Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices.

Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks.

Experience in sourcing the candidate's various portals like Naukri, Shine, etc.
