Experience in finding, screening, and hiring candidates for a company. Duties include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. Scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates. Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates. Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices.
Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks.
Experience in sourcing the candidate's various portals like Naukri, Shine, etc.
