The ideal candidate should be target-driven, process-oriented, and confident in handling high-volume recruitment.---Key Responsibilities:Bulk Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment for large workforce needs (blue-collar/semi-skilled/skilled workers) in manufacturing units.Relocation Handling: Identify, screen, and relocate candidates from different states based on manpower requirements.Field Sourcing: Visit ITIs, training centers, local labor markets, and placement partners for candidate sourcing.Mass Outreach: Conduct cold calls, WhatsApp campaigns, and job postings to attract candidates from across India.Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial telephonic screening and schedule interviews in coordination with factory HR or plant managers.Documentation: Assist in collecting necessary ID proofs, joining forms, and relocation documents from selected candidates.Logistics Coordination: Support arrangements for travel, accommodation, or onboarding as per the company relocation process.Database Management: Maintain updated records of candidates, interviews, and hiring progress using spreadsheets or ATS tools.Reporting: Share daily, weekly, and monthly hiring status reports with HR Head or Project Lead.---Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in bulk hiring, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial sectorStrong field hiring network and local sourcing capabilitiesExcellent communication and coordination skills (Hindi/regional language preferred)Willingness to travel or relocate for short-term assignments if neededFamiliarity with relocation support or blue-collar hiring challenges---Preferred Qualifications:Experience with contract staffing or third-party workforce supplyKnowledge of compliance, labor law basics, or onboarding formalitiesProficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for candidate tracking---Perks & Benefits:Competitive Salary: 30,000 40,000/monthOpportunity to work with large-scale manufacturing clientsCareer growth opportunities in regional or national HR roles---To Apply:Send your updated CV on Whatsapp 7657902530with subject line: Bulk Hiring Recruiter Manufacturing.
