Sales Team Coordination:Conduct daily team meetings, assign tasks via CRM, and ensure consistent follow-up on leads, tasks, and outstanding payments. Quotation Preparation:Draft and send accurate quotations to clients as per requirements and specifications. Client Handling:Welcome and manage walk-in clients at the showroom, explain products and solutions, and ensure a professional customer experience. Customer Support:Respond to customer queries and complaints via phone or in person, and coordinate resolution in a timely and effective manner.
