We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales over the phone and supporting customer acquisition and retention activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify, research, and generate new sales leads through outbound calling and follow-ups on inquiries.
Client Engagement: Reach out to potential customers to present and explain the companys products and services clearly and persuasively.
Sales Conversion: Convert prospects into qualified leads and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
Database Management: Maintain and update accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and sales in CRM systems.
Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups on leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the companys offerings to address customer queries effectively.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls made, sales closed, and pipeline status.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the field sales and marketing teams for smooth handover and client onboarding processes.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team to improve products and processes.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance goals set by the company.
