Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Executive manages client interactions, resolves queries, and ensures customer satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
€¢ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
€¢ Address client inquiries and provide accurate information
€¢ Maintain customer records in CRM systems
€¢ Follow up with clients regarding services, payments, and documentation
€¢ Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues
€¢ Maintain long-term relationships with customers
€¢ Prepare Customer Data sheet
€¢ Loan File Shorting
€¢ Maintain Data sheet in Excel
€¢ Help in login process
Required Skills & Qualifications
€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in any discipline
€¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
€¢ Basic computer knowledge
€¢ Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
€¢ Prior customer service experience preferred
€¢ Freshers and Experienced both can apply
Salary & Benefits
€¢ Salary for freshers 8k to 10k
