Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Executive manages client interactions, resolves queries, and ensures customer satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Address client inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain customer records in CRM systems
Follow up with clients regarding services, payments, and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues
Maintain long-term relationships with customers
Prepare Customer Data sheet
Loan File Shorting
Maintain Data sheet in Excel
Help in login process
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Prior customer service experience preferred
Freshers and Experienced both can apply
Salary & Benefits
Salary for freshers 8k to 10k
Salary is Negotiable for Experienced Candidates
