Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media.This role may also include additional duties as needed to support the companys HR and administrative functions.1-Recruitment and onboarding : Manage the recruitment process including sourcing ,screening , interviewing , and selecting candidates. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.2-Employee relations : Handle employee relations matters, address grievances and mediate conflicts. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.3-Performance management : Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding performance related matters.4-Training and development : Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
