Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies. Negotiate and finalize employment offers, ensuring alignment with both client and candidate expectations. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, promoting a positive candidate experience.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.Proven experience in HRStrong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employment law.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.

Payroll management, preparing salary sheets, disbursement of salaries.Addressing the queries of employees related to payroll labour law regulationsEnsuring the payments of professional tax labour welfare fund dues on the right time,Implementing labour law/statutory compliances as per the state and central labour boards.Conducting HR engagement activities to motivate and train the employees.Exit interviews and full final settlements.Good in PF-ESIC, Contract Labour LawsA Bachelor's or Master's in human resources. Should have 1 Years of work exp in IT Recruitment Hands on experience in sourcing candidates from Job portals A good understanding of technology and technical skills. Experience in recruitment processes and platforms. Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
