1The sales Executive responds to reservation requests from guests, travelagents, and referral networks made through various communication platforms.2.She ensures that reservation hotlines are attended to at all times to meetdaily business needs, and is responsible for creating, updating and maintainingreservation records promptly in accordance with guests' bookingconfirmations. 3.She also tracks future room availability andhelps develop forecasts for room revenue and occupancy. Additional dutiesmay include preparing the list of expected arrivals for the front office, assistingin pre-registration activities and processing advance reservation deposits. 4..She should know the types of rooms the property has, their locations andlayouts, as well as the available packages. 5.She also updates the availability of rooms via ezee Software, OTA and web booking systems,6.She follows all policies and procedures of the property for compliance andquality assurance expectations.
