Creation of Job Description in line with the Hiring Managers needs Sourcing profiles through various sources such as Job Portals, social media, References, etc. Conducting first round of screening using various methods such as Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, Listening Tests, etc. Co-ordinate with Hiring Manager for interview rounds for shortlisted candidates Manage end to end Interview Drives in office Follow up with Hiring Managers for candidate feedback and documentation Negotiation of Salary with selected candidates for releasing offer letters Collection of documents as per checklist from the candidate Share the candidate documentation with HR Operations team to conduct the BGV process Coordinate with selected candidate for joining the organization on decided DOJ
